Blocking the Loop and Event-Loop Lag

A single CPU-bound stretch freezes every connection the process is serving, because there is one loop for all of them. Interviewers want the whole loop: name what blocks, show how you measure lag instead of guessing, then choose between chunking, streaming, a worker, or a separate process.
