Getting anywhere in a large project fast: Go to Class, File and Symbol, Find Usages, Call Hierarchy, Structure view, Recent Files, Search Everywhere, and scoped path or regex search. Interviewers value this because reading existing code is most of the job, and Find Usages is how you size the blast radius of a change.
