Transitions and Animations

Transitions and animations are part of Svelte's syntax rather than a library: directives for elements entering and leaving, the animate directive for keyed list reordering, and crossfade for items moving between lists. Interviewers ask because exit animations are exactly where hand-rolled solutions elsewhere become painful.
